Export outside the EU: duty falls away for good
Switzerland, Norway, overseas: we file the export declaration (AES), open the e-AD in parallel and deliver the exit confirmation as evidence. Without evidence there is no duty relief, so we track every export.

- AES and e-AD in parallel, both in house
- Exit confirmation as evidence for every shipment
- Experienced with exports to the EU external border
How it works
- 01
Dispatch order
You enter consignee, destination country and pickup day in the portal and upload the commercial invoice.
- 02
Export declaration
We file the export in AES and open the e-AD up to the office of exit. Both are linked.
- 03
Loading and border
Your forwarder receives the export accompanying document and consignment note. The export is confirmed at the border.
- 04
Exit confirmation
With the exit confirmation the duty has fallen away for good. It is in your portal under documents.
What you bring
- Commercial invoice and packing list
- Consignee outside the EU with address
- A forwarder who knows the border crossing
What we take care of
- Export declaration in AES
- e-AD to the office of exit
- Obtain and archive the exit confirmation
Four details for your quote
Pallets per shipment, how often you ship, how long the goods stay and where they go next. That is all we need for a quote.

How long does an export take?
