You import spirits and have no bonded warehouse access of your own.
An importer from northern Germany wrote that they were looking for an approved provider to handle the German excise formalities for them. A drinks start-up from North Rhine-Westphalia asked in the same month about minimum volumes, because other warehouses had found them too small.

How it runs for you
- 01
Announce the shipment and hand it over
You announce the consignment, your forwarder receives our excise number and a time slot. From the gate on we take the goods into the bonded warehouse.
- 02
Clear the import
If the goods come from outside the EU we file the import declaration in ATLAS. Import charges fall due, the alcohol duty stays suspended.
- 03
Release for the German market
When your customer orders, we file the alcohol duty return with the main customs office and release exactly the quantity ordered into free circulation. The rest stays duty suspended.
- 04
Or onward into the EU
If the goods go to a tax warehouse or registered consignee in the EU, we open the e-AD and monitor the movement until the report of receipt.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need my own excise number?
No. While the goods are with us they run on our approval and our excise number.
Is there a minimum volume?
No. We start from a single pallet. Larger volumes need a short capacity check beforehand.
Do you collect the goods as well?
No, we do not transport. You or your forwarder arrange inbound and outbound, we load the truck you send.
