Containers from overseas and pallets from the EU arrive duty suspended. From here the goods go into German retail, into EU bonded warehouses or outside the EU.
What we take off your hands
Six steps, six sets of documents. All kept with us for ten years. We do not drive: your forwarder arranges delivery and collection.
Import declaration in ATLAS, transfer into the bonded warehouse the same day. No broker in between.
Inbound e-AD in EMCS, report of receipt to the main customs office, goods counted against the paperwork.
Pallet space, stock records under section 10 AlkStV, all risks insurance. No minimum volume.
Duty return filed with the main customs office, excise duty advanced on request, collection note for your forwarder.
SEED checked, outbound e-AD opened, movement monitored until the report of receipt.
Export declaration in AES and e-AD in parallel, exit confirmation as evidence.
