From enquiry to first pallet

Two weeks. No project. For most customers the first goods arrive within two weeks.

1. Day 0

   You send us four details

   Pallets per shipment, how often you ship, how long the goods stay, where they go next. Form or email, as you prefer.

2. Day 1

   You receive a quote

   For your typical shipment, line by line. No flat rates, no minimum volume.

3. Day 2 to 5

   Contract and checks

   Sign the framework contract digitally, sanctions screening, master data (VAT ID, EORI, SEED for EU dispatch). We set you up in the portal.

4. Week 2

   First delivery

   Your consignor receives our excise number and a time slot. From the gate on it is our job.
