How it works
- 01
Delivery by appointment
Your forwarder receives our excise number and a time slot. From the gate on it is our job.

Receipt and inspection
We count against the accompanying documents, photograph any damage and discharge the movement with customs (report of receipt in EMCS).

Storage under duty suspension
Every pallet gets a location and an entry in the statutory stock ledger. All risks insurance included.

Release when you want
Duty paid for Germany, duty suspended into the EU or exported outside the EU. You order in the portal, we handle the paperwork.
What you bring
- Goods of tariff heading 2208, 10 to 80 % ABV, palletised
- A forwarder for inbound and outbound transport
- Master data: VAT ID, EORI, and for EU dispatch the consignee's SEED number

- Duty suspended receipt, report of receipt to the main customs office
- Statutory stock ledger, retained for ten years
- Stock and documents in the customer portal, dispatch orders in one click

Frequently asked questions
How long can goods stay duty suspended?
Without a time limit. Alcohol duty only arises when the goods leave the tax warehouse for free circulation.
Is there a minimum volume?
No. We store from one pallet. Large volumes need a short capacity check first.
Do you also transport the goods?
No. Inbound and outbound transport is arranged by you or your forwarder. We load the truck you send.
Which goods can you not accept?
Wine, sparkling wine, intermediate products, alcopops below 10 % ABV and tobacco. We also do not ship single bottles to consumers.
