The following notes give a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data that can be used to identify you personally.

Contact form

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, the details you provide, including the contact data you give there, are stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR, provided your enquiry relates to the performance of a contract or is necessary for carrying out pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR).

The form also transmits which page of our website you submitted it from and which website you came from immediately before. If you consented in the banner, we additionally store, in the session storage of your browser for the duration of your visit, the page your visit started on, the referring website and any campaign parameters in the address bar, and send those along with your enquiry. We use them solely to see which content leads to enquiries. Without consent no such storage takes place. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR for the transmitted details and Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR together with section 25 (1) TDDDG for the session storage.

After submitting the form, you receive an automatic confirmation of receipt at the email address you provided. The details on pallets, frequency, dwell time and destination are used solely to prepare your quote.

Our own reach measurement

To see which content is actually read, we count the views of our pages ourselves. We record the path requested, the referring address, device category, browser, language setting and screen width, together with a random identifier that lasts only until the page is reloaded and groups the pages of one visit. From the language setting we derive an approximate country. We do not store an IP address, and no cookies are set and nothing is written to or read from your device for this. We do not link the data to a person. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in shaping our content to demand (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR).

This website is hosted on Google Cloud (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Details on data processing can be found in the Google Cloud privacy policy.

We advertise our services via Google Ads. For this purpose we use the Google tag (gtag.js) of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. It measures whether a visit resulted from one of our ads and whether it led to a contact enquiry. This processes your IP address, information about your device and browser, the page visited and an identifier assigned by Google.

This processing, and the storing of information on your device, only take place if you have given consent via our consent banner (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR, section 25 (1) TDDDG, the German Telecommunications-Digital-Services-Data-Protection Act). As long as no consent has been given, the Google Consent Mode v2 sets no cookies and transmits no advertising-related identifiers. You can revoke your consent at any time with future effect by deleting the stored website data in your browser or by contacting us at info@txwh.de.

A transfer to Google LLC in the USA cannot be ruled out. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and standard contractual clauses under Art. 46 (2) lit. c GDPR are additionally in place.

You have the right at any time to:

• request deletion of your data
• request restriction of processing
• request data portability
• object to the processing
